We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the full course costs for registrations that are cancelled within five, full, working days. For registrations that wish to transfer to another course (subject to availability), 25% of the course costs will be charged as an administration fee. Substitute participants will be accepted at no extra cost. Should a course fail to reach a minimum number of attendees, we reserve the right to cancel it and attendees will be advised of the cancellation and/or postponement either by phone or email, three working days prior to the course.
