This training is designed to help participants learn and utilise the basic features of Microsoft Project. This includes updating and customising the Project interface, creating a basic project and updating and polishing your project.

  • creating a project and tasks
  • familiarisation with quick access toolbar, tabs and groups, and customising the ribbon
  • understanding the different areas of a project – tasks, resources, projects, view and contextual
  • creating a project
  • working with tasks
  • adding advanced task information
  • creating milestones, constraints, and deadlines
  • updating the project.
